Sohail brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across corporate law, governance, compliance, and strategic advisory, having held senior legal roles at Lucky Group, AKU, HUBCO, and Engro. He has advised boards and executive teams across Pakistan, the UK, and East Africa on legal, regulatory, and commercial matters, with experience in transactions, corporate governance, dispute resolution, and enterprise risk management.

Sohail holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons.) from the University of Kent and has completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. He is also an Advocate of the High Court of Sindh. Having previously served at Engro, he brings a strong understanding of the Group’s business, values, and culture.
