His leadership has driven enterprise-wide modernization, culminating in his appointment as CIO in June 2025. Shoaib’s approach is anchored in robust IT strategy, disciplined program governance, and enterprise platform standardization. He leads cross-functional teams to deliver transformative technology initiatives that enhance agility, operational efficiency, and business value.
