Muhammad Zubair Khan is the Chief Executive Officer of Engro Business Services, Senior Vice President, and a member of the Executive Committee (ExCom) of Engro Corporation. Zubair brings over two decades of international leadership experience across general management, business transformation, finance, and strategy, having held senior roles at British American Tobacco and Danone. He has held senior leadership positions across Pakistan, Iran, Central Asia, and the Caucasus, delivering turnarounds and sustainable growth in complex markets.

Over the course of his career, Zubair has built high-performing teams, strengthened leadership capability, and driven operational excellence through disciplined execution. He has extensive experience leading business transformation initiatives and advancing organizational performance across diverse markets and industries.

Zubair combines sharp commercial acumen with deep intellectual curiosity. Complementing his corporate tenure, he spent a year in immersive study at the Al-Mawrid Institute, focusing on pre-Islamic Arabic poetry, textual intent, psychology, Islamic history, and classical languages; an endeavor that deeply informs his approach to leadership, strategic communication, and organizational dynamics.

Zubair holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar.
