The Engro Talent Enablers Program is a 12-month transformative journey that shapes fresh engineering and management graduates into future leaders. The program focuses on onboarding Graduate Trainee Engineers (GTE) and Management Trainee Officers (MTO) across the Group. Through technical and business immersion across Engro’s dynamic subsidiaries, participants gain real-world experience aligned with Engro’s values of integrity, excellence, and sustainability.

Under the program, the trainees will be placed in the below mentioned verticals. The GTEs will be placed at our plant sites and the MTOs will be placed at our Head Office locations. It is strongly recommended that you familiarize yourself with all our businesses to make an informed decision about your preferred placement location:

1. Engro Fertilizers  placement at the Daharki plant and the Head Office, Karachi.
2. Engro Polymers & Chemicals placement at Port Qasim plant, Karachi and the Head Office, Karachi.
3. Engro Energy placement at the Thar plant and the Head Office, Karachi.
4. Engro Corporation placement at the Head office, Karachi.
5. Engro Eximp FZE  placement at the Head office, Karachi.
