Engro is the operating partner for Engro Vopak Terminal (EVTL), Pakistan’s only state-of-the-art terminal and storage facility for bulk liquid chemicals and LPG. Over its 25 years of operation, the terminal is responsible for handling 70% of the country’s bulk liquid chemical imports and more than 50% of the country’s LPG marine imports. Additionally, Engro operates Engro Elengy, an LNG terminal with a 4.5 million tons per year capacity, facilitating 50% of Pakistan’s LNG import and regasification, underscoring its critical role in the nation’s energy supply chain.

1995-97 Engro Vopak Terminals Limited came into being as a result of a JV with Royal Vopak of Netherlands for chemical storage and handling business. Established Pakistan’s first cryogenic facility, handling 70% of all liquid chemical imports into Pakistan.

2012-15 Established Elengy Terminal to enter the LNG terminal business. Constructed the world’s fastest built LNG terminal – Pakistan’s first Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal.
